Shiatsu is a Japanese body work therapy which restores health and vitality by stimulating the circulation of energy throughout the body.
Pressure is applied with thumbs, elbows and knees. To compliment the shiatsu other techniques may be used to enhance the treatment such as cupping, moxibustion, Tui-na (Chinese massage),Sotai and yoga like stretches.
By tapping into your body's natural ability to heal, shiatsu helps you feel relaxed, reconnected and re-energized.
Shiatsu is a safe and effective therapy suitable for all ages. Clients are treated fully clothed, lying on a futon on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothing
