All hands on, authentic Southern Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mexican, slow food, local and seasonal.
All classes are limited numbers and have a relaxed feeling. Participants enjoy preparing great food, laughing and sharing the meal with new friends.
Once a month cooking classes are held at the Italian inspired Panton Hill Winery. The little mud brick kitchen provides the perfect atmosphere for cooking a Mediterranean meal to enjoy with Panton Hill wines in a magnificent venue. Save the air fare and no jet lag!
